EC recommendation and room for improvements to get into ut, uiuc, purdue, etc. for engineering

Im looking to improve my ecs to get into the schools mentioned in the title for mechanical engineering. pls give me some recommendations

Here are my current ecs:

All mixed region choir (did a solo too)

rated superior in region solo for 3 years

tutored @ schoolhouse globally for 50+ hrs

founded aerospace/aviation club and was president for 2 years

5 years of certified Indian classical music - took exams and gained certificates

Online Internship at NPO tribal development in India

NHS, MU Alpha Theta

AP Scholar with distinction

NMSF

highest level of choir @ school 3 years and 1 year in the one below

Internship @ engineering firm (handled autocad modelling projects)

200+ hrs volunteering @ food bank and science museums

math uil regionals

built a model rocket
